I am experienced in performing Validation & Qualification of Cleaning validation / Temperature Mapping Storage Area / Containment Strategy / Cross-contamination Control / A.H.U/ Highly Purified Water Generator / Fluid Bed Drying / High Shear Mixer Machine / Roller Compactor Machine / Blender Machine / Tablet Press Machine / Capsule Filling Machine / Coated Tablet Machine / Blister, Cartoning, Shrink Machine/ Countec Packaging Machine/ URS & Protocols and Reports.Reviewed and approved any changes in the manufacturing process, formulation and materials for develop of cleaning methods, cleaning recipe for automation or manual Washing cycles (CIP/WIP/COP) and cleaning working standard SOPs.In the field of calibration work, among the items that have been carried out are laboratory equipment; Verification and Calibration of Conductivity Meter/ pH Meter / Digital Sensitive Balance/ Weighing instruments (class E2,F1,F2,M1,M2)/ Glassware (volumetric pipette, volumetric flask)/ Caliper/ Hardness & Thickness / Friability Tester/ Moisture Analyzer.Continually audit all production areas (solids, oral liquids, highly hazardous and packaging) to ensure compliance with GMP requirements and periodic self inspection or unscheduled inspections/audits at production sites, warehouses and suppliers.- Ensure that products and business processes comply with regulations, GMP, GXP, ISO and other local requirements.- Ensure adherence to quality standards by reviewing and approving Certificates of Analysis and SOPs. Contract manufacturing with reputable companies such as Sanofi.- Collaborate on root cause analysis, CAPA and change controls.
