- Build and nurture relationships with universities, partner organizations, and other key stakeholders.- Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business procedures.- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and program development teams to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve organizational goals.- Plans, directs, controls, implements, evaluates, monitors, and forecasts budgets and cost of sales in each division to achieve financial objectives.- Improves customer service and satisfaction through policy and procedural changes.- Leads coordination and integration of efforts among operations, engineering, technology, and customer service divisions to produce smoother workflow and more cost-effective business processes.- B2B Deals Handling and Management- Establishes quantitative and qualitative metrics, guidelines, and standards by which the company's efficiency and effectiveness can be evaluated; identifies opportunities for improvement.- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan- Research and implement best practices in the study abroad consulting industry.- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement

- Troubleshoot technological issues and solve problems quickly to ensure that business operations run smoothly.- Administer new user accounts, work email addresses, and access levels to new employees to ensure they have everything they need to work efficiently.- Ensure our computers are backed up so all files are saved in case the system crashes.- Run security checks on all of our systems to ensure we are protected from cybersecurity threats.- Install all new technology for the company, including computer operating systems, software programs and applications- Supervise Email and Chat Support Team
