Continued to deliver projects on time and aligned with business strategy as Credit Suisse transitioned and adopted Scrum/Agile delivery model• DTCC Re-Architecture: Rolled out a 1.5 million dollar re-architecture program a global trade repository, to streamline reporting of various derivatives asset classes to regulators (MAS, ASIC). • Data Lineage: Led cross functional team(s) of 12 Developers focused at creating internal/operational line of defence to comply with audit requirements for over 500+ Product TypesTo help the team manage the data, I learnt and then developed in Python a search tool to ensure that Data is managed as critical asset and in a sustainable manner.• MAS Phase 4: Led a 15-member team, enabling Credit Suisse to successfully start reporting over 3 million Equities and Commodities derivatives trade events to the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).• CnC PnL Attribution: Formulated and implemented SIT/UAT testing strategies to deliver T0 flash PnL, T+1 PnL attribution and enhance Supervisory Control Tool, while managing dependencies across 17 Risk Management Systems and 6 Trade booking systems.

Demonstrated research/analysis skills to identify and exploit emerging vendor enterprise products and business opportunities and also enabled scrum adoption within OTC trade reconciliation space.• Started and led the initiative of replacing the legacy trade reconciliation infrastructure at Credit Suisse resulting in a savings of AUD 2 million. • The New Vendor Enterprise Product had shorter time to market, user driven, and artificially intelligent. This was a key achievement for the bank that saw significant reduction in processing time by 75% of global trade reconciliations and providing autonomy to the business users.

• Developed Automation Framework to drive improved automated test coverage, while reducing the cost and efforts by 80%• Proposed and managed development suite of tools which reduced the time of data handling process by 90%, significantly increasing the team’s productivity and efficiency• Successfully led the off-shore on-boarding and the rollout of 8 team members in India and Poland to BAU.
