About Ehsan Fahmi

Don’t be a bystander. I am in a job that allows me to be as curious as I like in exploring people. My passion today is creating space for people to just…be. I always wanted to study Psychology, well mainly because of Taylor from the Bold and the Beautiful and I listen well. So I got a Master’s in Psychology. But before that I majored in Advertising & Communications because I loved creating concepts. I am fortunate to be able to apply both of these studies at work. We think about people and create solutions to solve issues in the workplace. I manage a team and together we work with companies to help solve all sorts of issues from employability, to career guidance, to empowering women and men, to developing leaders. My joy in this job is being curious, understanding what drives people and creating solutions that are radical. My values are: Fairness, Creativity, Independence, Compassion, Unlearning & Learning. When I am not working, I read anything that challenges my beliefs. I write so that the voices in my head are on paper. I run and hike because it is freeing. I enjoy connecting with strangers because of my curiosity. I am humorous so the world can be a little less panful. And more recently I am learning how to direct and create video content.
