Razi Yeast and Alcohol Company is the biggest producer of both alcohol and yeast in Iran. The company, founded in 2005, is one of the sub-companies of industrial group of Sugarcane Development Holding corporation. I am working as a technical & engineering supervisor at razi yeast & alcohol company and reporting directly to head of technical office.Main Responsibilities:• Analyzing the failure of rotating equipment by using FFT & Wave form diagrams• Supervise the balancing process of rotating equipment using vibration analyzer• Supervision of good performance of projects by technical and engineering experts.• Supervision of design, calculation and engineering drawings of modification projects under consideration by technical and engineering experts.• Preparation and supervision of technical reports on optimization, capacity upgrading and failure analysis of fixed and rotary equipment.• Supervision of preparation of engineering drawings, material and price estimates, technical and executive description of technical and engineering contracts.• Supervision of good implementation of technical and engineering contracting projects.• Reverse engineering and manufacturing of fixed and rotary equipment components including valves, tanks, pumps, heat ex changers,separators and etc.Main Achievements:• Leading projects in the field of energy and water recycling have resulted in savings of about 5% of costs.• Designing and supervising the start-up of the factory process product cooling project and increasing the cooling capacity by 10% using the installation of chillers and cooling towers.• Designing the capacity and specifications of the boiler room and supervising the installation and commissioning of three 15-ton steam boilers related to the environmental project of industrial wastewater recycling.• Leading and compiling PM program of rotating and fixed equipment of production factory

• Leading and launching the CM system of rotating and fixed industrial equipment in factories, which has led to a 20% increase in the life of the equipment and a 30% reduction in the duration of repairs.• Investigating and solving the problems of the mechanical seal of rotating equipment, which has led to a 20% reduction in their failure• Technical comparison of the specifications of mechanical equipment such as pumps, compressors, valves and heat exchanger of factory according to process conditions and choosing the best equipment• Providing technical support to the Engineering and Shift Management Teams
