Major ProjectsBerri Gas Plant Control System UpgradeThe project scope is up-gradation of existing Honeywell PM (Process Manager) / APM (Advanced Process Manager) to HPM (Hi-Performance Process Manager), replace existing LM (Logic Manager) with C300 based system and upgrade Vibration Monitoring System Bentley Nevada 3300 to Bentley Nevada 3500. The project comprises of approximately 5000 I/Os.Marjan Offshore Platform Level Instrument Replacement- Saudi AramcoThe project scope was to replace existing level transmitters on seventeen (17) Marjan platforms for existing slop tanks and connect them with existing RTU for monitoring via SCADA system.Role : I worked on this project as co-lead.Vapor Recovery Units at Five Major Bulk Plants – Saudi AramcoThe project scope was to develop detailed design for contractor for installation of vapor recovery units for five major bulk plants and tie-in with existing plant facilities. Project will install new instrumentation, PLC and remote ESD IO cabinet. Role: My responsibilities were to develop the detail engineering documents for new VRU PLC / ESD systems and to interface them with existing TMS System.

ENAR provides design engineering services , procurement support, construction support and commissioning services for Pakistan’s major Oil & Gas clients.I served at ENAR Petrotech from 2008 to 2013. I was involved in all aspects of engineering, procurement and construction for midstream and downstream oil & gas projects. MAJOR PROJECTS FEED Study for ADHI-III Gas Plant –PPLThe project scope was to develop FEED document for a new gas processing facility to cater to the new ADHI wellheads.Role: I worked as Instrument Engineer in the project and my responsibilities were to outline the basic Instrument & Controls requirements for off-skid instruments and also for package equipment such as Metering Systems, Dehydration Skids etc. I was involved in development of all engineering documents for the project.UCH-II Development Project – OGDCLDevelopment of a new gas processing facility with all utilities and fifteen (15) wellheads. Role: I was assigned as Instrument Engineer my role was to define the DCS/ ESD / SCADA system requirements and develop specifications and drawings accordingly. Qadirpur Interim Compression Project - OGDCLThe project scope was to provide detailed engineering, procurement and construction support services to develop a gas compression facility for Qadirpur Gas Field.Role: I served as an Instrument Engineer in this project and was involved in all phases (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) of the project. In addition I also provided construction support for the project during installation and commissioning of Compressor PLC, ESD and DCS systems.
