We faced many challenges in this project, and we solved some of them with the help of the product manager and other team members. I was on a team of 5 people.I was responsible for choosing colors and designing the logo and main UI Kit for this project.

Excoino:I am the senior product designer in the Excoino project.I researched the crypto market and benchmarked competitors in this field, designed UI, and created a design system for products. I collaborated with the team to design a user panel and mobile application. I have experience working with a 10-members design team and experience working with technical teams (developers), and a product manager to advance the goals of the organization and create a better experience for users.Excoino Market:Another project is a subset of Excoino. In the market, users can directly buy and sell cryptocurrencies together. I was responsible for designing parts such as Stop Limit and OCO.• Planned, Established a common and Integrated yet Streamlined product with the cooperation of the development team and revived this product with more than 1 million downloads on Google Play• Decreased the number of users who contacted support after the redesign of the FAQ section and product problems by 45%• Increase 70% in user usage of the application after the redesign• Prepared and created an integrated and structured design system for use in projects in Figma with the help of 3 other teammates• Played a major role in 6 projects as a product designer• Management of at least 3 projects in FinTech, Finance, and Cryptocurrency ( in a team of 10, scrum based )• Design, implement and release B2C user oriented products and experiences• Implemented products with the help of teams of designers, product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to advance the goals of the organization and create a better experience for users

With the start of Corona and the closure of the tourism company I worked for, We decided to start working as freelancers under the name of ProduxLap Team for a while with one of my old teammates. We were able to start working with different brands in a short time. Like Novin Bourse Company, which is one of the largest stock exchange companies in Iran, the UX / UI of the main portal sections as well as its admin sections were done by us. We followed the same routine in most of the things we did. We talked to the client, development team, and end users, then designed initial sketches and pre-design tests. I had good experiences in this company with a professional team. I became more familiar with UX topics during this time. We collected persona, user flow, and user journey, and also performed usability tests in the sketch and wireframe stages, as well as the final design.
