Ehsan’s focus is to coordinate the initiation, development, implementation, up-gradation and support of computerized business solutions, IT services and Projects. - 10 years’ Business analysis experience conceptualizing, designing and supporting Business Solutions (CRM, MIS, Digital Asset Management Solutions & Custom software solutions) within Age Care & Disability, Web/Digital, Health Care, Monitoring and Evaluation in AGILE and conventional SDLC frameworks.- Requirement Analysis and elicitation- Mapping Business processes and Business Process re-engineering.- Conducting Gap Analysis between AS-IS & To-Be process and Impact Analysis of system enhancements and releases.- Extensive experience in Use Case Modeling, user story/Epic writing and Business Process Improvement to support and maintain the Solution’s Roadmap.- 7+ years’ of PMS Configuration, Integration and Development experience. - 9+ years’ of Stakeholder Management and Vendor Management experience to successfully manage and influence stakeholder expectations.- Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams across time zones for solution design and implementation and ability to work autonomously to meet tight deadlines. - Extensive experience in Stakeholder Management and writing detailed and complex technical specification documents as per the business requirements including Business Cases, BRD, Functional and Non- Functional requirements, and Process and System Design documents.- Proven experience of working with Project Managers, Product Owners, and Change Managers for Solution Implementation and support.- 6+ years’ of Application Designing and Development Experience.- 8+ years’ of Release Management Experience.- 5+ years’ of experience with Industry best practices of Scrum, and Kanban.- 10+ Years’ experience working as a Systems Analyst and TIER 2 Chanel support in web and service oriented architectures.
