I am responsible for architecture of an automation project for highly data driven web-based and multi-server application. I designed its automation framework using Selenium Webdriver and used Java language.Main activities include:• I am working closely with development team members to understand testing objectives and ensure that problems are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.• Focusing on automation of an identified set of migration tests, checking they run correctly and working within the infrastructure. The team focus on develop and test these automation buckets which would be executed by other teams.• Leading a team of automation engineers and set direction of the automation efforts, and their schedule and prioritization.• Identifying the needed effort by calculating the sizing for the given release and plan the effort needed for the release.Technical Aspects:• I am using mainly Java platform for data driven framework development• Selenium and TestNG Libraries are integrated for webdrivers and test runner• Maven build style is using in automation framework• I also developed API to use SauceLabs for multi browsers & platform compatibility tests• JDBC API is integrated to use SQL database calls• JODA API is integrated for regular time stamps• Automation build is integrated with CI Jenkins jobs to trigger tests on different servers with different builds• For reporting purpose, I used Extent Report with customized features due to management view• Complete development is happening in IntelliJ IDEA• I am using Stash/Git as SCM tool• JIRA for sprint planning and filing bugsREST API Project:• I am developing REST API calls by using REST Assured and complete framework is written in Groovy.• For validation purposes, I selected GPath and Rest Assured Schema Validation• For reporting purpose, I used Allure Report with Jenkins jobs• Due to multi-platform requirements for APIs I used concepts to run tests in parallel by using TestNG Listeners

I am also responsible for another architecture of an automation project for highly dynamic web elements on the UI of web-based system. Our team is using TestComplete tool (Language: JavaScript) for Test Automation Framework. Main activities include:• Test Automation Framework (TAF) design & development for testability. Prepared reusable functions, which improve the robustness, re-usability, and maintainability of their test scripts.• Leading a team of automation engineers and set direction of the automation efforts, and their schedule and prioritization.• Framework components include multiple layers for object recognition, common routines and test scripts.• I am involved in supporting the build master implement/improve build test processes, environments, and scripts.
