Looking after the sales plan for the Pakistan market which includes mega projects.Co-ordinating with the regional offices for identifying new business oppurtunities and closely monitoring the project status with close follow up with the consultant , contractors and building owners.Keeping the management updated with the strategic business activities in the market with focus on Mega Projects.

Technical and Sales Support to the DB America including Latin America ,Canada and Caribbean Islands.Co-ordination with the Application Team for developing Customize Solutions to meet the Customer requirements with Minimum Response Time Possible.Ensure all inquiries are responded with Appropriate Information to meet customer satisfaction.Ensure all order details are in place and co-ordinate with the Production for the Timely delivery of the Equipment.Follow up and ensure all payment details are in place before the shipment of goods.

Responsible for developing York & Dunham Bush Airside and Chilled waterside Business in Pakistan.Responsible for Developing Close working relations with Clients/Consultants/Contractors.Making technical presentations to educate clients.Preparing technical compliance of York Products to meet the Consultant’s requirement.Preparing technical & financial submittal of Projects.Responsible for handling the entire process of purchase order meeting/exceeding customerexpectations. This includes monitoring all issues related to the shipment and delivery date.Manage and monitor any changes or variations of the product order, liaising and effectively communicating with York and Dunham Bush Regional Offices in Dubai and Malaysia respectively.Follow up and ensure all payment details are in place before actual shipment of goods.Responsible for checking all Shipping Documents such as Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoices & Packing List & co‐ordinating with York & Dunham Bush for any changes or correction.Provide and facilitate the ‘After Sales Support’ for Warranty, Shipping damages, other issues that may ariseResponsible for effective co‐ordination with the Projects & Service Teams. Handling all the issues related to the Supply of Equipment at Site.
