Hello! I am a Chemical Engineer with a Bachelor's degree from the University of Engineering and Technology (UET). With a good understanding of Chemical Engineering concepts and proficiency in various simulation software, I am continuously upgrading my skills in Unit Operations, Process Design and Simulation.In my professional experience, I am currently working as a Management Associate - Chemical (Process and Operations Department) at FFBL Power Company Limited (FPCL) Bin Qasim, Karachi. I also have worked remotely as a Research Assistant at Greeniche Natural Health Pharmaceuticals, Canada. During this period, I carried out quantitative research, analyzing statistics from UNICEF and FAO U.N. to identify and tackle nutritional deficiencies affecting 40% of Pakistan's population. I formulated 10 distinct Compound Nutritional Supplements for various age groups, addressing deficiencies in essential nutrients such as Fe, Zn, I, Vitamin A, and Vitamin D. My work, grounded in meticulous data analysis, aims to significantly impact Public Health.During my tenure as a Process Engineering Intern at Pakistan Ordnance Factories (P.O.F), I gained hands-on experience in chemicals (60% WNA, 99.8% CNA, 98% H2SO4) production and plant safety. I executed HAZOP Analysis, designed 7+ PFDs and implemented practical strategies for enhancing safety protocols on ~40% of workers.My academic projects include the Design of a Batch Process at the Unit Operation level for Nutritional Supplements production (Production Capacity: 6B Tablets/year). Moreover, I participated in a project of innovative approaches to 60% heavy metal removal from Industrial Wastewater. I have presented my research presentations at esteemed international conferences (International Conference on SPI 2020, 2023 with the collaboration of UETP + GIKI and International Conference on Emerging Trends in Food Safety & Nutrition, PCSIR).I am on a mission 🚀 to apply my knowledge to make a difference.
