Responsibilities:• Reporting to the account manager.• Sourcing the best talent for clients from various domains such as Telecommunication, Wireless, Healthcare, utility, Banking and finance.• Experience working with US Federal clients and hunting for consultants holding different levels of security clearance.• Proficient in identifying passive candidates through creative networking, complex searches, cold calling, direct sourcing and various avenues of social media.• Experience working on Technical and functional requirements.• Understanding and learning the details of each job requisition and its requirements, project location, duration, etc.• Identifying qualified candidates utilizing various sources – available employee consultants (on bench), resume database, employment web sites, and referrals.• Do due diligence to assess the interest of candidate in position and technical skill level, as well as communication skills, location preferences, salary expectations, etc.• Formatting resumes to highlight the necessary skill sets as it relates to client project requirements and in accordance with client’s resume submission guidelines• Negotiating pay rates with consultant candidates in align with client requirements.• Building and maintaining consultant candidate relationships.• Thorough knowledge of recruiting process and well versed with US Tax terms (C2C, 1099 and W2) and Visa types H1B, TN, EADs, GC, etc• Hands-on experience with various sourcing channels and job boards like Monster, Dice, Career builder, LinkedIn, Indeed.• Handle VMS (Vendor Management Systems) portals such as Fieldglass, Beeline, and Agile-1.
