Administrative Assistant
CurrentHandle emails and inquiries, responding promptly and directing them to the appropriate individuals.Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.Act as a liaison between the department and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes and project initiatives.Provide administrative support to team members, including photocopying and mailing documents.Maintain office inventory and ensuring adequate stock levels.Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by supervisors.
