Prepared final reports from the Situation Analysis Reports (SitReps) for the 2007 Flood Response. Assisted in the preparation of the Program for the Enhancement of Emergency Response (PEER) Country report, 2007. Drafted the project proposal and methodology for setting up Mountain Search and Rescue Teams.

Designed and carried out field assessments, baseline and household surveys on the access to and quality of education, child care and health facilities. Carried out extensive field research and data collection activities in the region including collection of field-based information requested by different NGOs, INGOs, UN agencies and other stakeholders.Provided Monitoring and Evaluation of ongoing ERRA projects and interventions by conducting field visits and preparing detailed reports on the reconstruction of schools and health facilities in Shangla and Kohistan districts.

Coordinated with Islamabad based UN agencies, IOM and line departments/ministries and liaised and followed up on the issues coming from the UN field hubs. Communicated regularly with the hubs on the guidelines and directions received from the OCHA Headquarters in Geneva. Follow up and monitoring of the IDPs in host communities in Islamabad/Punjab region and making sure that they are receiving assistance.

Worked as a Team Leader and later as a Project Manager and managed a team of 16 to 20 people at different times. My major responsibilities included Team Management, generating Management Information System (MIS) reports, preparing Campaign reports, Mortgage Lead verifications, developing Customer Relations, Business Development and Implementation, Implementation of SOPs within different departments, making Action Plans for the teams and conducting project assessments.
