leading a frontend team of 4 people, 90% hands on development using react, redux, immutable.js, node.js and behaviour driven development using mocha and chai incorporating RxJS concepts.interfacing with rest, websockets, redis pub sub and vert.x event bus.creating an optimistic ui for presenting a big data oriented backend.

I’ve managed the entire development operations, from defining the architecture, interviewing new candidates, managing the developers and handling critical development issues.Was responsible for more than 60 projects and for the training and performance of the company developers.I was responsible for defining and enforcing a development methodology and making sure our work force was as cost effective as possible.In addition i was also conducting our technical hr needs and making sure everyone had work and when new projects would start we would have the needed resources.As part of my daily job i took some CTO responsibilities such asrecruitment, client meetings and presale, technology proof checking and building a strategy for incorporating these new technologies in the upcoming year.In addition i also managed projects where a pm would have to be fluid in all of the technological aspects.As part of crisis development management was hands-on with the following technologies, frameworks and tools:javascript, angularjs, php, nodejs, mean.io, drupal, meteor, react, react-native, mysql, mongodb, css, sass, browserify, babel, gulp, grunt.Was the company manager of quality and was dedicated for enforcing iso 9001 principles in the company.

I've managed the project development, from selecting the technologies, and building the architecture, to coding the client and server side, building rest interface in front of our mobile app, creating a web-mobile landing page to support android users, theming and cutting the graphic assets needed to be embedded in our project, built and configured our amazon stack, integrated facebook technologies, interviewed and managed our project employees, and drank my coffee every morning at 10 am :)
