These vary from live job roles to apprenticeships and work placements.My role here is to engage with employers across industry sectors in order to unlock opportunities for young people and manage and grow the existing portfolio of businesses and organisations that offer Young London Working live roles that are suitable for 16-24 years old.Employers benefit greatly from working with us because of our unique partnership network comprising of over seventy organisations from across London boroughs. This enables us to source thousands of applicants across a wide network as well as screening and selecting the best individuals at no cost to the employer unlike a recruitment agency therefore offering a more diverse applicant base than is typically achieved through relying on website-only recruiting. The young people we work with range from school and college leavers, graduates, unemployed, and those that wish to progress from their current workplace. Show less
