Our platform combines comprehensive network capabilities with network-related security functions (such as Firewall NG, Secure Web Gateway, CASB and ZTNA) to support the dynamic, secure access needs of our clients. But when it comes to our own needs, Open Systems turns to the steely-eyed engineers of the internal IT operations team. We're down in the engine room, cranking out 110% on the reactor to keep this spaceship headed for the stars at warp 9+.

UW Madison College Library serves as UW's primary undergraduate library. They see 1M+ patron visits per year and are open almost 24x7. I oversaw on-site IT concerns for staff, patrons, and teaching faculty. The library also houses a 250+ station public-use computer lab, 100+ loaner laptops, and technology enhanced teaching labs.
