I’m working in IT industry since 2005 (a total of 17 years) and 8 years in foreign country (Singapore) and 9 years in Myanmar. Experience and understanding well in SDLC with waterfall software development about 14 years and agile software development for about 3 years. Manage and lead the team which size is up to 15 members and drive the project/product to achieve. Creating and overseeing development and project management processes. Working closely with C levels and EVP by reporting directly to them and collaborating for the roadmap of IT online business. Also, working closely and driven the project management team and development team including IT Project Manager, full stack developers, back-end developers, front-end developers, mobile developers, QA developers, DB engineers, solution architects, cloud engineers and IT/Network engineers. Planning for man-days costing, resources, timeline, milestones, projects to be on schedule and product to be engaged with potential audiences. Mentoring and motivating the team, IT engineers, developers by positively and grooming the potential team members to step up the career. Experience in to overcome adversity and obstacles with creative problem. Ability to influence cross-functional teams, manage multi projects with different schedules and deadlines simultaneously, time management and project management. Knowledge of project/product management tools such as Jira, GitHub, GitLab, and Confluence. Creating and implementing the SOP as needed and inspiring and enthusing the colleagues and users. Consulting from the technical perspective for the team project, bug fixing to fulfill user requirements based on system standards. Keep controlling the coding/DB standards of project to maintain the system quality. Analysing and developing the system design, database design, coding development, testing to deliver the quality projects. Creating the system specification document and user manual document to clarify the system workflow for giving assistance to users and developers.
