I have been working in gender and development field for more than Six years, working as a gender specialist,Gender expert, gender consultant for Women leadership,Gender based violence, gender transformative project implementation, Gender based analysis, Gender Policy development, Male engagement for gender equality and elimination of Gender based violence, Gender responsive budgeting, and gender mainstreaming approach for Project design, project implementation,Monitoring and evaluation.In all of the works, I have been providing my technical assistance in combination of Theories and local context. I am keen on public consultation for Gender Responsive public service delivery. I deeply believe that evidence based research findings, and sex and age disaggregated data analysis, gender indicators, and Gender based analysis would definitely tell us the different needs of women, and men, girls and boys. In approaching gender equality, I deeply believed the intersectionality framework, and Gender equity approach for both gender stand alone and humanitarian projects. My ambition is to advocate tirelessly in order to equip girls and boys and other non binary children with education opportunities or to invest the children from marginalized backgrounds to escape child poverty and intergenerational poverty , which are caused due to systematic oppressions against marginalized groups. I deeply believe that all women are not homogeneous and it is important to invest more in the more marginalized groups of different genders. And, education is the compulsory investment for girls' and women's empowerment. I am confident that I have already contributed and achieved in those areas through my technical assistance. Most of my proven achievements are with Global Affair Canada, UN WOMEN, World Bank, I PACE ( Institute of Political and Civic Engagement) , Geneva Call, and many other INGOs and NGOs.
