Product Cost Analyst
CurrentEnsure accuracy & completeness of conversion cost data, depreciation, Capex, Opex submission for the purpose of actual and forecast by detail checking and try to meet all deadline. Ensure General ledger posting for all factory expenses and checking against with the budgeted COA. Besides responsible for well manage regarding factory petty cash. Prepare fixed assets and depreciation summary as monthly. Prepare and manage operating expenses (Opex) and provide commentary for the purpose of respective budget owner review. Analyze the actual versus forecast at conversion cost budget spending working file and put comment on key variances to ensure that variances are identified on a timely basis. Accomplished the other ad-hoc, request from global and local Factory Controller. Provide monthly summary of headcount, production volume. Analyze capex and opex for the business and ensure that they stays within Budgeted targets. Provide analysis each month showing variances against Budget and latest estimate and ensure that is re-forecasted each month. Assist the business with the annual Budget process by engaging with Budget holders to deliver Budgets within targets. Develop a process that collects the Budgets from the business along with bottom up drivers that support the budget for each nominal. Provide support during the annual audit process by working with the auditors to answer queries and provide analysis as required in a timely manner
