- Handling & controlling the ERP JDE E1 Finance Module/ Procurement Module & Inventory Module - Enhancing the ERP JDE process and mapping with internal operation process-Troubleshooting & solving the JDE incident issues daily/ monthly - Accountable for the success of all projects assigned with quality, timely delivery- Making sure there is a smooth change over from the old system to the new one- Evaluation of each project stage and once completed- Handling/ keeping management and end users’ feedbacks and updated on progress- Ensure each project is completed within budget and on time- Accountable for developing security standards, procedures, and guidelines for multiple platforms-Manage the customer services support for Grand Royal Group.

1 . Overall Responsibility Provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure Understanding and Providing effective customer services Onsite support for clients (PC setup, LAN / ISP connection setup, printer setup etc) Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware resources Quickly arrange repair for hardware in occasion of hardware failure Verify that peripherals are working properly Recommend and install upgrades as needed Maintaining list of user complaints related documentation Participating in the change control process and approve/reject changes Developing, implementing and testing recovery processes for all aspects of the Microsoft Platform Services2. Key Areas of Accountabilities Proactive trouble shooting and testing in all user computers User administration (setup and maintaining account) Reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups Performing regular file archival and purge as necessary Inform the Assistant MIS Manager immediately of any problems with the solutions and suggest remedies 3.
