- Lead and manage research team for field data collection - Provide technical input for Quantitative and Qualitative data collection activities for UNFPA HER Program Evaluation- Conduct qualitative data analysis and document review for UNFPA HER Program Evaluation- Prepare draft report for UNFPA HER Program Evaluation

-• Provide technical support in the area of research technical expertise including protocol development, implementation, analysis, and reporting of research across Burnet Institute Myanmar (BIMM) • Provide technical input into assigned malaria projects in Greater Mekong Subregion • Provide development and ongoing improvement of collaborative technical working groups in area of technical expertise • Act as partner focal point for BIMM’s project partners if assigned and responsible for the development and maintenance of strategic relationship with a specific partner for malaria projects, including technical supervision and activation of project work plans • Support and contribute in program management affairs. Assist Research and development Manager in project proposal,and management (including HR,data,finance, team and logistics) for UNFPA Health Empowerment and Right(HER) Program Evaluation . Being a team lead for data collection in eight states/regions for UNFPA HER Program Evaluation. Provide technical support in data collection, evaluation workshop, document review, data analysis and report writing for UNFPA HER Program evaluation. Being responsible for preparation of organization reports to relevant program counterparts/partners

- Support strengthening of the health system at State level and preparation of different proposals, six monthly and yearly donor reports & quarterly work plan as well as planning, budgeting, implementation, monitoring and evaluation and presentation at state and central level grant and donor meetings of state health grant (Access To Health) by closely working with State Health Director, Deputy Director, Assistant Directors of State Health Department(NSS), UNOPS Fund Management Office and UNOPS Health System Strengthening Team - Closely collaborate with the National Health Plan Implementation Monitoring Unit (NIMU) to support effectively the State Health Department on finalization of 2019- 2020 State Health Plan (SHP),- Provide technical assistance to State Health Working Groups (SHWG) and Township Health Working Groups (THWG) on the development and implementation of SHP and iTHP, - Coordinate and maintain professional working relations with relevant stakeholders (central MoHS, States/Region Health Departments, Township Health Departments, relevant ministries, development partners, ethnic health organizations, civil society organizations, international and local NGOs, private sector, etc.) for the planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation of SHP and iTHP to make ensure the implementation of different programs/projects/activities are in accordance with the SHP- Responsible for facilitation of quarterly state-level coordination meetings and work planning meetings- Ensure effective transfer of technical skills on planning, budgeting, and other related skills to assigned focals from SHWGs and THWGs, - Conduct proper analysis of gap and overlap of funding in planning, implementation, and monitoring of SHP and iTHP, - Initiate developing quarantine data base of Covid 19 situation in state and township health departments(NSS) via google drive and regular dissemination of weekly Covid 19 situation analysis report via State Health Department Facebook Page

• Assist supervisor and lecturers, in preparing documents and power-point presentations and supervising classes while teaching, correcting the supervisor students’ assignments, • Assist supervisor in reviewing academic literature of colleges and in different research projects and other academic activities in College of Public Health Science

- Supportive supervision, monitoring and evaluation to clinic and clinic staffs (Bilin Clinic)- Quarterly Monitoring and Evaluation trips to project’s Quality General Practitioners in Mon State- Attend TWG meetings and cooperate with township VBDC team for project activities- Advocate principle and activities of project in Township level- Monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting to APM, DPM, PM and other correspondents

- Open Fixed & Mobile Clinics and supervise volunteers in Hsipaw Township- HR, Financial, Data & Stock Management ,and cooperate with Technical officer for training to Volunteers in Hsipaw Clinic- Cooperation and Collaboration with TMO and VBDC team for project activities- Monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting to QAO and other correspondents

It was a part-time job that I worked while I am studying for my bachelor degree. I had to teach Grade 11 students and assist with their studies on seven subjects such as Myanmar, English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Economics to make ensure their study revisions by practicing old questions.

It was a part-time job. I taught and assisted with 1st-year medical students studying Mathematics, chemistry, Physics, Botany and Zoology.
