Hr Senior Associate (L&D)
• Support the L&D training, the process and the practice of L&D • Support the development & learning policies, design and process• Performs orientation training for new joiners for HR matters• Help in the program of conducting the organization training and internal customization program• Maintaining up-to-date training and development records for the Leadership and Management program and Young professional program• Tracking the L&D budget and ensure expenses to delivery within agreed budget limits• Providing an efficient follow up of L&D service: attendance, assignment completion, course instructions, pre-learning materials, etc.• Organizing meetings, training, workshops, special events, and other related activities.• Report the evaluation of learning & development activities and program with action planningGeneral HR tasks:• Providing an excellent HR customer service by acting as a point of contact for L&D and HR general queries from all staff• Check, update and create internal policies with the guidance of Management• Overview the payroll calculation and process, main contact for payroll service• Provide employment certificates, assist in education allowance and computer allowance application• Help with Audit for HR related documents and serve as the main contact for HR team for Audit• Prepare and overview labor contracts, overview of leaves and medical insurance application• Performs documenting process for employee files
