Responsible for the tax compliance of the company for both direct and indirect taxes and keep track of updated tax rules and regulations. Have to take care of Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Tax payments and filings for Corporate Income Tax, Commercial Tax, Withholding Tax and Capital Gains Tax and Stamp duty payments.Have international tax knowledge about the Transfer Pricing and Permanent Establishment tax and also led in the Integrated Tax Compliance project of the Company.Communicate with the external bodies like Tax Authority (including Large Taxpayers’ Office and Township Revenue Offices), External auditors and Tax Advisory consultant. Also responsible for tax assessments and tax clearance issues.Interface with customers and suppliers from time to time to clarify tax matters and enhance tax compliance of both parties by settling the disputes regarding unclear tax issues and sharing updated tax knowledge.Have to prepare and submit Quarterly and Annual reports to Authorities like Posts and Telecommunications Dept PTD and Myanmar Investment Commission MIC.Have to involve in the Secretarial Work of the Firm, like Director change, Company address change, Share capital increase, etc.Take care of intercompany charging up and charging down and subsidiary’s cash inflow and outflow management. Also in charge of procurement contracts and sales contract review as necessary to minimize the risks regarding the Financial, Tax and from overall perspective.

To take care of receivables and collection from customers, from tracking the billing to collection.To interface with the customers’ teams, analyze the root cause of payment delay problems and optimize the collection process. In charge of dealing with the External auditors from Audit schedule planning to Audit report signing.

Mainly in charge of Payments to Subcontractors including Administrative payments and engineering payments.Responsible to check the accuracy, correctness and completeness of the invoices, acceptance milestones and documents and tax invoices submitted by the suppliers.

Responsible for expense claims of the staff and consultant payments (including the accuracy, correctness and completeness of expense claims and consultant payments and related supporting documents)
