-Responsible for managing accounts for 3 corporate entities within the group-Assists with BAU payroll activities-Reference point between finance and human resources for payroll related queries and issues-Responsible for Year end Budgeting and monthly forecast-Monthly BAS preparation and payroll tax preparation including year end reconciliations-Assists with Accounts receivable activities among subsidiary companies

•Coordinate with Infosys to ensure that the bookings are accurately and timely maintained by taking into account good business controls and best practices. •Monitor that all balances are correctly held and that adequate reconciliations are available with appropriate documentation prepared within Infosys (BSAR)•Approve outcome of balance sheet reconciliations and propose opportunities for improvement•Verify compliance with accounting standards and regulations (PAP, IFRS, local regulations, directives). •Support the local ORUs ( Lighting sectors , Healthcare Sectors and Factory Consumer Life Style Sector ) and Infosys in providing accurate and timely data for the Group consolidation (MEC reporting)•Provide accurate and timely data for local consolidations, fiscal reporting and other internal and external requirements. •Support local statutory audits , External audit , Internal Audit and Perform ICS/Sox checks and report outcome •Review of MEC TS financials and pre MEC incidental report for accuracy/ completeness Actively monitoring and controlling the Rule Based Controlling activities performed by Infosys to ensure quality and efficiency of the related processes. •Complete Internal Controls work in accordance with the Internal Control Standards (ICS) tool on a timely and accurate basis. •Perform monthly KPI Dashboard review and deliver commentaries and action plan to Business Partners

•Organize, support and develop accounts receivable process as in shared service business structures•Establishes, implements, and maintains an effective overdue control and follow-up program for all customer accounts that are late, overdue, potentially overdue, or written-off •Execute the collection process for defined customers •Bridgehead function towards sectors regarding cash collection performed by external service providers•Access Credit Risk for new customers and analysis the blocked order releasing•Follow up on relevant queries and solving escalations in close cooperation with business sectors•Responsible for compliance of ICS checks•Timely Month End Closing•Participate as an active member in Dispute Council
