WAREHOUSE• Coordinate and schedule daily deliveries of tools to each job site, making sure drivers are setup for success. • Effectively train new employees to ensure the current company standards are upheld throughout different sites.• Fulfill tool requisitions and returns to maintain an inventory for the company. • Send out digital reports of tool inventory to each sites General Foreman. • Created a list of tools that are commonly lost to help with deciding which tools should be purchased directly to a job. • Write up RTV’s and submit to the purchasing department.FIELD• Submit bi-weekly material requisitions and effectively work with purchasing to ensure the project has the correct materials. • Order/release consumables when more materials are needed on the site. • Work with external vendors when materials are missing and/or backordered. • Successfully maintain stock and organization of consumables to make it easy for all team members to find what they need in a timely manner. • Create work plans to ensure major components are staged properly, in order to save time from other team members having to locate equipment. • Write all pre-task plans for the site Foreman, digitally organize them, and submit them to safety. • Volunteered to participate in weekly safety walks as Sequoyah’s representative.
