I am a sustainable finance and green housing policy expert with 18 years of experience in central, multilateral, and development banking. I have a Master's degree in Social Policy and Planning from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and a Master's degree in Public Administration from Tecnológico de Monterrey. I am also fluent in French, English, and Spanish.As a Senior Sustainable Finance Specialist at The World Bank, I support the development of sustainable finance markets and products in Latin America and the Caribbean. I have co-coordinated the first Sustainable Finance Development Policy Financing project at the World Bank for Mexico and coordinated the development of the technical criteria for the Sustainable Taxonomy in Mexico, as well as supported several others, including Nepal, Dominican Republic, Guatemala, and others. I have also designed and managed the implementation of multiple green housing programs, including ECOCASA (as a founder) and the first Nationally Appropriate Mitigation Actions (NAMA) for new housing in the world. I have also received multiple awards and publications for my research and innovation in the field of sustainable and affordable housing. My mission is to promote transparency, collaboration, and positive change in the financial and housing sectors, considering the social and environmental impacts of development strategies.
