I am now living my dream and have started my own restaurants Taste Mesón in Gran Canaria. We are a tasting restaurant where you compose your own tasting menu. All food is made from fresh local products. We are a bit towards fine dining but in a very relaxed environment. We do also offer aprox. 400 wines by the glass including around 50 champagnes and cavas. This makes us to one of the biggest wine and Champagne bar in the world by the glass. We opened our 2nd Restaurant in Playa del Ingles in October 2019 so now we are in Arguineguin and Pdi. I am a person that has been working with sales and sales training all my life. I am also known for my skills in setting up processes and structure to increase sales. I am a hard working person that enjoy working. Before I also invested in new businesses. Our latest start-up was Eco Concept Earth AB and the product ZeoFriction. ZeoFriction is an environment friendly anti traction product that you use instead of road salt and sand.
