• Responsible to review the design engineering activities and specifications of all piping design, according to the requirements of the project.• Ensure that the erection is done as per the drawings provided by the Engineering Drawing consultant.• Prefabrication, welding and erection of piping, pipe support, process equipment, cooling tower system and gas line system. • Ensure that the project is done as per the safety norms.• Review and assist quality assurance for any required tests and inspection of piping fabrication and installations.• Commissioning, testing and monitoring of all fabricated piping, process equipment, reactors, cooling tower and Hot Air Generator for smooth running of erected plant.• Prepare documentation of commissioning and testing data and inspection reports for management.

• Involve in day to day operations in the production of light density oil (LDO) and hydrocarbon gas (methane, alkanes, carbon dioxide, nitrogen, hydrogen sulphide or helium) from waste plastics (polypropylene, polycarbonate, etc...) and from waste oils.• Assist in operating Hot Air Generator (HAG) system.• Control the plant process and electrical distribution through the plant Programmable Logical Control (PLC) and other process control devices.• Inspection and troubleshooting the equipment during running and shutdown.• Monthly planning, scheduling, capacity analysis, resource planning and utilizations.• Weekly check of pumps (rotary positive displacement pumps, centrifugal pumps), gear motors, air compressors condition of lubrication, noise and mechanical seals leakage.• Maintenance and cleaning of pipelines, valves, pumps, agitators, reactors, cooling tower, condensers, heat exchangers, filtrations unit, distillation unit and storage tank.• Ability to read, interpret and adjust various instruments in the plant.• Co-ordination with operators and supervisors for smooth operation of the plant.• Co-ordinates with Quality Assurance department for analysis report and taking corrective action for maintaining product quality.• Monitoring the operating parameters as per the daily instruments and controlling the same through PLC controller.• Involving in the execution of sales of (LDO) finished products and carbon in which has to take more precautions.• Generate and follows monthly and annual reports.• Follow ISO standards and other standard procedures.Provided consulting services to client :1) Greenthrust Oil Industries Pvt Ltd, erection, commissioning and operation ‘Fuel from waste plastics Pyrolysis Plant in Tumkur Industrial Estate, Karnataka, India.2) Reverso Energy Pvt Ltd, erection, testing, commissioning and operation ‘Fuel from waste plastics Pyrolysis plant in Kopar Khairane MIDC, Maharashtra, India.
