 Established and developed the QF inaugural protocol department and the related policies and guidelines for VIP /VVIP visitors and other dignitaries in compliance with the National Protocol Policy. Guided the development and ensured implementation of approved organizational and functional policies, systems and processes to ensure completion of work in a controlled and consistent manner. Managed protocol requirements for local and international VIPs in all large-scale events since the inception of QF. Established and strengthened partnerships and relationships with high level stakeholders, including but not restricted to: Amiri Diwan, Amiri Security Dept., MOFA, MOI Securities Departments., International Foreign Ministries. Strategized and implemented on-job training of Protocol and Visitor Relations department with the provision of constructive feedback to direct reports to support their overall development

 Devised and established the first event business strategy and roadmaps at QF since its inception, including vision, mission and values, and related budgets thereof and ensured their implementation for strategic guidance and direction to the organization through the definition of goals, success metrics and messaging. Conceptualized, planned, and managed a wide spectrum of receptions for visiting Royalties, Head of states, ministers, and other VIPs. Conceptualized, planned, and managed a wide spectrum of events including conferences, concerts, gala dinners, inaugurations, signing ceremonies, exhibitions, etc. Developed networks and forged strong relationships with leading national and international stakeholders in alignment with QF strategic direction. Financial accountability of an annual budget of 10+ Millions of dollars. Managed teams of more that 100 members working in planning, sourcing, executing and on site. Planned and delivered high profile local and international events such as: Education City Inauguration (2003) Inaugurations of Education City universities Qatar National Library Opening (2018) Sidra Medical Opening (2018) Qatar Symphony-Albert Hall-London (2330 attendees, 2M GBP) World Innovation Summit for Health Conferences (WISE) (1500 international, regional and local attendants, 50M Budget, 200+ staff) Education for All International Conference – 2008 (800 attendants, 7M Budget, 50 staff) The UNESCO International Conference and Exhibition on Knowledge Park (800 attendants, 7M Budget, 50 staff) Alliance of Civilizations International Conference (2006) (700 attendants, 9M Budget, 50 staff) Fraunhofer Institute Signing Ceremony, Berlin- Germany
