Software Process Compliance Engineer
CurrentMain responsibilities:* Checking the status of various business operations to ensure conformity with engineering principles, standards, guidelines and processes. - With Jira being your primary tool for reporting and automated adherence.* Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing measurement data, highlighting any trends. - To engineering management. - Where appropriate shared with each tech team. - As a preference, using Jira as your main reporting tool.* Coaching the team to build awareness around new principles, guidelines and processes. Also helping the team to leverage measurements and reports to be successful. Using multiple channels as: - Documentation (Always a must have) - Meetings - Walkthroughs* Being the spokesperson for Engineering when explaining our protocols and measures to Stakeholders and/or relevant parties.* Collaborate with engineers and product owners to ensure all products are completely compliant and no issues arise. - Assisting teams to understand issues and help putting measures in place to ensure issues will not repeat.* Ensuring engineering best practices are maintained over time.* SLA compliance. - Resolving production issues within contracted SLAs. - Monitoring and ensuring escalation paths are used correctly. - Reporting on our SLA metrics.* Monitoring our teams to ensure compliance in accordance with our Security practices.
