I have a broad range of experience in corporate, tax & real estate law, including experience in corporate & project finance, corporate governance, investment activities, real estate transactions & real estate development. As an in-house legal counsel I took part in different projects in Saint-Petersburg and Leningrad region, mostly connected with the sphere or real estate development & property management. Those projects include development & construction of single-family dwelling communities, office, mixed-use and residential buildings etc.I am the author of more than 10 publications, including «Private Equity: the basis» (EU approach), «Investment contacts – Russian & American approach», «Concession as the legal form of public-private partnership for infrastructure projects» (EU & Russian approach), etc.My ultimate goal is to see the sphere of real estate development from different angles & to learn how to find compromise between governmental, public and private interests.Specialties: I’m good at carrying out legal due diligence, solving challenging legal problems & deal structuring including those that require specific knowledge of different spheres of law.
