I am learning several cloud services to pivot into my next chapter as a Cloud Engineer, specifically in AWS Cloud. I am looking forward to opportunities as a Cloud Engineer in AWS or work as an associate AWS Solutions Architect. At the current time, I'm working part time as a freelancer at Cloud Ninja. I value honest and transparent work environment, fast paced environment and a healthy work-life balance. I believe in being a team player, continuous learning independently and as a team. I'm an avid advocate of DEI and women in Tech in several communities.Some of my key achievements of my Recruitment career include creating a recruiting framework and process for Quix, training hiring managers on DEI and subconscious bias, launching a referral program and employer branding strategy, and sourcing and hiring multiple roles in DevOps, cloud engineering, and developer advocacy. I am skilled in social networking, recruitment tools, HR frameworks and policies, stakeholder and candidate management, and competency-based interviews. I hold a BA in Business Administration and Management from INTI International University & Colleges, where I have completed a Diploma in Business as well.
