Founded in the most beautiful city in America Portlandia, Oregon; I worked with incredibly talented artisans, teachers, and wilderness survivalists, who helped make each day a learning adventure. It was an incredibly challenging educational experience, but I'm happy to have had it.

I started at Boys and Girls Club working through the Muck, I taught art over the summer program. While I was there I noticed there were a few dead planter boxes and committed myself to making something happen... Stephanie Bobellia from the Muck called the good folks at St Judes who gave us a small donation.. and 9 months later we have a fully functioning farm with irrigation and a permanent outdoor classroom. We've build a lot out of recycled materials but its been an incredible adventure making this thing from nothing... The kids have learned to use power tools and know how get rid of the bad bugs with good bugs...The culinary program has excelled with more than 3 dozen students in the Fable Farm to table Programs we have pulled off two incredible successful dinners and ready to rock the next big thing.Check out more at http://facebook.com/fablefarmsfullerton/

My work through the Muck has been unbelievable. I started as a puppetry teacher in summer camps. I was then brought onto a Mommy and Me art program at an Abused Women's Safe House. I taught web design, animation, photoshop and art to teen girls in a juvenile facility; ukulele at a homeless shelter, arts and crafts with refugees kids, storytelling and music at a k-8 school for homeless kids. I gig at Anaheim packing and teach ukulele as part of a Muck outreach program... I taught a group of 80 girls how to make paper puppets as part of a girls empowered workshop. Its been an amazing experience!!!
