The project with Optimos Consulting was part of my master's dissertation at Warwick Business School on Big Data. The objective was to develop a tool that assesses an organization’s readiness for big data. With the support of Optimos, I developed a Big Data Readiness Assessment Tool (BDRA) that identifies suitable opportunities through Big Data that an organisation could take advantage of and assesses its capabilities required to exploit them. The outcome was a BDRA tool that helps organizations of all sizes in all industries leverage opportunities suited to their business. I received a Distinction on my master's dissertation for my work.
