I am polymer material and surface chemistry R&D specialist with 10+ years of experience in different areas of pressure sensitive label laminate research tasks and development projects. I have had roles from basic research to new technology development with collaboration with suppliers, converting partners and research institutes. My educational background is Master of Science in material chemistry and during my professional career I have been in charge of laminate component development (top coatings), manager of R&D laboratory, super user of laboratory equipment (DSC, DSA) and created network through supply chain (print houses, ink supplier, printing machine and accessories suppliers).As an employee I have heard to be efficient and reliable. I am an active and creative team player and also able to work individually solving new problems. I love to solve problems, teach and learn new things, and use my knowledge to develop solutions.
