I am a finance professional with extensive international experience in automotive industry, including group reporting processes and systems, business controlling, treasury, IFRS financial accounting, management accoounting, analysis, internal and external auditing, internal controls and process development. I am an experienced leader during integration as well as during restructuring, have developed group and business line reporting processes and tools and built up a group finance organization. I have been in charge of several financial reporting development projects, including SAP and cloud-based group reporting application implementation (FCCS), as well as a transition project from FAS to IFRS reporting. I have also extensive experience with due diligence, acquisitions and divestments. I am a Finnish native and have lived and worked several years in Detroit area and New York, with two expatriate assignments in Germany, which included a two-year assignment as internal audit manager and and three-year assignment as treasury manager. I am used to travelling and fluent in English and German.My assignments have included setting up group finance organization and leading finance and controlling organization successfully during acquisitions and restructuring. Currently I am based in Finland responsible for Group Finance at Valmet Automotive, including Finnish, Polish and German subsidiaries.
