- Full P&L resonsibility (>80 MioEuro) and strategic setup and operational excellence responsibility for the HEROSE group in Germany, UK, France, Spain, China and India with appr. 400 employees- Innovation and portfolio mmgt. for products, services and technologies, secure innovation leadership- Setup global production network to secure cost and quality leadership- Strengthen IT-technology setup to win the future via "Industry 4.0" approach- Increase company value and market share by M&A- Provide global sales and key account support

- P+L responsibilty (>200 Mio. Euro) for strategic alignment and operational steering for two Product Business Units in Germany and India (Product Management, Engineering, Purchase, Production, Quality Assurance) with appr. 1000 employees- Innovation and portfolio mmgt. for nine product familys with 3 plants in Germany, 2x India, 1x China, 1x Russia and 1x USA- Define and run global innovation-, product- and platform concepts to strengthen competitive product portfolio by localization, configuration, modular concept- Identify global M&A targets and perform due diligence- Global sales and key account support- Define and secure global and local SCM strategies to optimize cost and DOT position

- Strategic and operational responsibility for Supply Chain Management (Order Processing, Purchase, Production, Logistic, Quality Assurance), appr. 300 employees- Project Manager of "ProMahr" - Full process restructuring of production logistics at headquarter using Lean/ Six Sigma Process- plants in Göttingen (D), Probostov (CZ) and Suzhou (China)

- Strategic and operational responsibility (sales >300 Mio. Euro) for the plants Halle/D (pumps), Pegnitz/D (valves), La Roche Chalais/F, Burgos (ES), Dalian (CN) (butterfly valves), appr. 900 employees, all products are customized solutions- Budget appr. 70 Mio. Euro- Define and execute Lean/Six Sigma production logistics with synchronous material flow- Develop and perform restructuring projects per plant to reduce cost- Align and realize strategic investment projects to secure plant by improving productivity- Identify and evaluate M&A and cooperation targets

- Operational and strategic responsibility for the plant (sales appr. 80 Mio. Euro), coordination of order processing, engineering, purchase, production, quality assurance and after sales (appr. 450 employees)- Implementation of SAP (MM, PP, configurator), Lean Six Sigma and new manufacturing technologies.

Technical and commercial restructuring of KSB's valves division with value stream mapping of commercial and manufacturing/welding processes and new plant layout. Integration of third party products.

- Global Multi-Project-Management to secure Y2K compliance of all IT systems (ERP,CAD,CAM, technical systems etc.), products, assets/machines in appr. international 60 sites- Lead of the projectteam: 15 project engineers and 80 global project managers plus IT outsourcing partners with 30 software specialists.
