With over 15 years of professional experience in the plastics and chemicals industry, I have a proven track record of managing change, drive sustainability solutions, executing multi-million EURO cost saving as well as investment projects, pursuing outsourcing and optimization projects, and co-designing the strategy and future path of an international company.My core competencies include change management and innovation, people leadership, strategic thinking, public speaking, crisis management, understanding of sustainable value chains, and restructuring expertise. I have a strong academic background, holding a Ph.D. in Organic and Polymer Chemistry and Materials Science from ETH Zurich, and a Diploma in Chemistry from Free University Berlin.
