Experienced founder, project manager and scientific leader with proven experience in industry. Highly skilled in robotics, automation, GenAI engineering as well as 3D /XR digitization, simulation, configuration, metaverse and extended reality technologies. Strong professional with two master degrees in mechanical and industrial engineering and a PhD in engineering from the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg. Additionally certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Scrum Master and Scrum Product Owner.I believe in a brighter future for humanity. From my perspective, the necessary building blocks to achieve this are, on the one hand, more value creation through lean, slim approaches that have been successfully developed in industry, digitalisation with a focus on efficiency and usability, generative AI and robot-based production, and, on the other hand, a transformation of the mindset through simpler, transparent 3D /XR communication and adaptation of the education system to the requirements of the modern world.My social commitment: By transferring approaches from Industry 4.0, open source ideas, Train the Trainer and peer concepts such as those used at 42, 3D / XR technologies and GenAI, we can elevate the education system to individual, user-centred premium levels like never before, at lowest cost.
