A growth strategy was developed and applied together with the management team.

As an outcome, we identified gaps, implemented new tools for collaboration and processes, and grew as a team. Additionally, we had a data warehouse with plenty of insights for our teams to build upon, each team having a dashboard for their own operations and decision making.We concluded a core strategy for our business with market analysis, value maps, “kernel of good strategy” framework.OKRs and KPIs got rolled out thorough the company steering our direction and planning in an efficient way.

We received the founder scholarship “Gründerstipendium NRW” to build an application with a fully automated hotline for customers who are locked out of their homes and need to find a fair and reliable locksmith nearby. Included automated registration forms, feedback cycles, incident tracking, and availability functions. (Tech Stack: PHP/HTML/CSS3/JS)We have gained traction through local press. However, we identified that a big pivot from the original idea would’ve been required to make this a scalable and profitable business.Shaping the vision and mission into the product, marketing, pricing, having a financial forecast, creating business relationships and partnerships.

We have realized process optimizations for DAX-30 companies as well as building a centralization for entrance permission APIs in SOAP.

Participated in weekly training seminars about sales, investing and insurances, arranged and held customer sales meetings with a supervisor, and completed the insurance specialist (Versicherungsfachmann) exam.
