Locally managing an international team of engineers for a Transmission network project. The team was responsible for the design, test, upgrade and migration of L2 Access network to a full IP routed network. Services on this network included 3G / 4G LTE and Small Cell traffic. All 3G and 4G traffic migrated with minimal interference to services. Coordinating with several suppliers, managing all changes and handling all issues.
