Responsible for individual contract teams within the DoD and Intel business areas. Currently managing a team of seven employees across three business locations. Division of workload, identification and staffing of special projects, development and implementation of contract policies and procedures, employee growth to include identification of training and leadership opportunities, engagement in proposal development and strategy discussions, auditing contract files to ensure compliance, participating in proposal reviews, tracking of metrics for overall business to include customer satisfaction, funding limitations, and overall utilization of contract staff, and tracking/processing novation agreements are all activities that fall under my purview as a manager. Additionally I have my own portfolio of contracts that I am responsible for administering. These duties range from executing non-disclosure and teaming agreements through bid submission and eventual contract award and execution. Administration activities include tracking funding limits, invoice submission and collection, deliverable submission, change management, and contract closeout.
