Current★ Promoted to provide leadership and governance to the Bath and Area Rug Divisions. Entrusted to lead the turn-around of the under-performing Area Rug division utilizing historical expertise in streamlining operations to fuel company efficiencies, coupled with the capacity to analyze the marketplace, supply, and retailer trends to enable growth and savings.• Architect and execute the strategic vision. Plan and implement merchandising strategies, including bath and area rug product selection, new product development, and purchasing. • Lead daily multi-department operations. Develop and monitor KPIs, mentor team members, and create team and individual success plans.• Re-engineered an inherited team from unsystematic business methods to structure and organization in less than one year.
