Beef Australia's National Beef Exposition held triennially in Rockhampton, Queensland. With over 115,000 people in attendance over the week for 2021, it has succeeded the previous 2018 record of 100,000. 2021 was dubbed Best Beef ever, and cementing its position as the leading event of its kind in the Southern Hemisphere.This role included the procurement of the tendering process for services relating to Functions, the management of multiple venue fit outs, lay outs, all services and contractors for these areas. The set up, execution and turn around for each of the 18 events across the week. Functions ranged from 400pax - 1200pax

The Saraji Coal Mine is an open cut coal mine located near Dysart in the Central Queensland region of Australia. The mine has coal reserves amounting to 648 million tonnes of coking coal, one of the largest coal reserves in the world.
