Over three years of experience as an executive level administrative for two Professor of Surgery, a transplant Surgeon/Physician ; maintaining a comprehensive calendar by scheduling meetings with multiple internal and external groups, coordinating arrangements for on and offsite meetings/conferences, making room and catering reservations, and communicating independently with involved parties as necessary; organizes all travel arrangement, including registration, hotel accommodations, air, and other travel logistics for each trip. As well as, compiling the conference agenda, conference program, presentation time/dates, visa applications, and completing reimbursements; led the transition from paper scheduling to electronic scheduling and established a working multilevel schedule using Amion, which includes the following services: Transplant Surgeons, Fellows, Hepatalogy, Nephrology, Pediatrics, RN Coordinators, and Outreach. Currently holding the role as the lead admin support for Amion with the responsibility of maintaining an up to date schedule on a daily basis and tracking all incoming changes; working with the Manager of Special Projects on coordinating transplant events, like the UCSF and Liver and Kidney Transplant Meeting in Napa, CA; become to the lead manager for the Pediatric Transplant Committee. We host monthly meeting to prepare for the annual event, which entails working with many vendors, acquiring donations, taking care of invoices and contracts, and not limited to other various tasks; acquired a solid knowledge within the Department of Surgery, School of Medicine, and UCSF to determine priorities when handling the different demands on the faculty’s calendar; Assists with preparation of the Quality Improvement Committee, which holds 13 champions from various departments
