I have years of progressive experience in Telecommunications. I currently work for Astrion as a Senior Network Engineer at Hanscom AFB on the Base Infrastructure Modernization (BIM) program that will modernize, operate, and maintain the network infrastructure at 222 Department of the Air Force locations, including Active Duty, Guard, Reserve bases, and geographically separated units (GSUs). I have worked in Hawaii at the AT&T HITS/JHITS/HNS Network Operations Center (NOC). Using my U.S. Navy communications background, I started out as a field technician, NOC Supervisor, and progress to the AT&T Hawaii Network Services Manager, were I manage a group of technicians that install, operate, and maintain the networking services to DoD and Commercial customers on a complex transport and services network, made up of both legacy and new technologies. I provided technical leadership in operation of legacy systems while transitioning services to a modern IP/OTN transport network. I have excellent organization skills and experience in leadership and team building, along with strong oral and written communications skills. I am highly motivated, analytical and willing to learn new skills.
