Design training programs including development, delivery, implementation and evaluation for New Hire orientation and related Technology Services programs offered at the Firm with an emphasis on superior content and positive user/trainer interaction. Design and development of online visual aids, testing and written documentation that support instructor led training. Collaborates with department managerial personnel to identify and provide ongoing training in hard and soft skills. Collaborate with Technology Services personnel in all offices to streamline communication and training needs. Create and maintain training tip sheets, custom lesson guides and quick references on Sharepoint. Create, edit and maintain custom templates in Word for 9 offices. Create elearning in Adobe Captivate. Create and maintain Firm's numbering schemes and styles in Word. Responsible for quality control of software upgrades and new applications before pilot. Research, test and provide IT software engineers with firmwide default settings for software upgrades and new applications. Provide technical training to legal and support staff in classroom as well as via WebEx.
