I have worked for several large law firms including Kelley Drye & Warren and Stroock, Stroock & Lavan. I have successfully represented both public and private entity clients in employment litigation in state and federal court. I have also counseled employers on all aspects of employment law including hiring and terminating employees, conducting investigations into employee complaints of discrimination and sexual harassment, training management in risk avoidance in employment matters, drafting employment policies and contracts. I have also counseled employers on wage and hour issues and advised employers on employment issues in mergers and acquisitions. I was employment counsel for public company for 11 year prior to moving to San Francisco. I was also in house counsel for a company that owns 10 hospitals in California and other states.
