I am currently a third year student pursuing a Degree in Pharmaceutical Engineering at Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT).My current degree studies has taught me various instruments, equipments and softwares used in pharmaceutical industries. Apart from academic studies, I’ve also learnt many soft skills.In the final year of my diploma studies in Temasek Polytechnic, I’ve completed my internship at Novartis in the Microbiology Quality Control (QC) department. During my internship, my job scope mainly focused on environmental monitoring. This has allowed me to practice cGMP and GDP. Alongside my internship, I got to work on an ongoing final year project of improving the documentation of the various process of environmental monitoring.Aside from my internship, I took multiple part-time jobs such as in customer service which helped hone my interpersonal skills such as teamwork and critical thinking.As such, I am delighted to work in similar career opportunities in the pharmaceutical, biological or chemical industries.
